The duvet would stick out of the gaps of the buttons and would tangle up every night. So I did research and I was looking for a zippered duvet cover, and I found Quick Zip that not only was zippered, but could hold the duvet in it's rightful place. I am very happy to have found this product. The only thing is, I prefer the feel of my previous duvet, it was softer on my skin. I bought this in May 2019 and now it is December 2020 and the zipper ripped off and the clips have disappeared in the washer. It held up for a year and a half which is pretty good. I have thrown it away and I’m in the market for another. Well, I was wrong about that, but then this duvet didn't exist back then. The fabric has a delightful feel and is very lightweight. That said, it does slightly decrease the breathability of the comforter resulting in a warmer cover.
