Eversince I had a baby, the quality of sleep I'm getting isn't that good anymore. I have plenty of pillows at home, including one ortho pillow which my husband uses.So to compare it with the other ortho pillow which I also got from Amazon, a different brand, I would say that this one is better in terms of its height and firmness level; this one is the right one for me. I find it comfortable because of its height, not to low, not too high. It supports my head and neck with its perfect mould. I would disagree from other comments that it's too soft. For me, it's not. It's quite 'firm' than soft-soft, just like my memory bed. Thus, i would say that I'm sleeping better with this pillow rather than the too flat or too bulky ones that I have.When I opened it, it was really weird- looking and I thought it's defective and malformed. I had to let it sit outside for it to 'breath and expand'. This pillow comes with removable and washable pillow case secured by a zipper. It's made from breathable fabric.
