I mean it's still fun in some way but the graphics are boring and there's just some stuff that I don;t like about it, you can only customize the house rules to certain rules, which I don't like, for the WII version we had it set that when someone goes bankrupt the properties go up for auction which is a fun way to play for us.. In this game, the person who makes anpother player go bankrupt gets his/her properties, negative for me! But you keep playing until one person is left, which we like!The major downfall to this game is that there is no download and play, if you want to play with humans you either pass the same DS unit around, which kinda sucks because I am a person who needs to see what is going AT ALL times LOL! Or on a seperate DS unit but they must have the game cartdridge, which I am most likely gonna order another one so me and my hubby can play it without the hassle of passing back and forth a ds! The trading with another player really confused me, but once I got the hang of it, I understand it much better now..It's really lacking in my opionion with NO Download and play... Monopoly Ds is the regular Classic Monoply just like all the previous Monopoly games. There is Nothing 3D in this game. The product details is actually referring to the DS game "Monopoly Streets" and NOT the DS game "Monopoly" that it's supposed to be reviewing, and I need everyone to be aware of this before you buy it and get very disapointed like I did when I bought it, thinking I was getting a cool new spin on Monopoly and it being 3D and being able to see your houses go up around you and stuff, but instead it was just a regular game board and nothing special about it. The graphics are good and it is as much fun as the board game. You can even customize some of the rules like how much you get when you pass Go. The only drawback I think is that it does take a while to play one game. But the nice part of that is that you can save your game anytime you want. This game is easy to play for both children and adults. If you need something for a kid to do on something like a long plane ride this game would definately help pass the time and keep them occupied for a while!
