Quality & Fit is Perfect. *by K***R on Reviewed in the United States on November 27, 2018* I was a little reluctant to order this jacket because I was nervous it was going to be of a cheap quality and the sizing would be off. HOWEVER, I am now so excited that I took the chance and ordered this jacket! I just got it in today and love it! The first plus was that it came packed in it's own zippered cloth bag, and was not smooshed into a small box. It means something to me when someone takes the care to package & ship something correctly and with care. =) The quality is fantastic... The material of the jacket is kind of "matte": in other words, it is not really "shiny" like some cheaper jackets I've seen. It makes no "swooshing" noises when you walk. LOL! The weight of the jacket is perfect, it's not too bulky, yet has some weight to it. It is a coat you could wear while driving and feel comfortable. I am not sure how warm it is, since I haven't worn it more than 24 hours, but it seems like it will be perfect for New England winters. I was afraid the fur collar was going to be skimpy & flat, but it nice, and fluffy and full! There is also an inside pocket in the jacket that was unexpected, but nice, as well as snap buttons on the front pockets that are not too noticeable, but nice to have when putting phones, wallets, keys and other valuables in the front pockets.I was also scared that I ordered the wrong size since so many people said that the jacket runs too big OR too small. In my opinion this jacket runs true to size. I am 5'5" and between 120-125#. I am a size 4-6 in pants, and a S or M in tops. I ordered the Medium in this jacket and it fit perfect. I was torn between ordering the Small or the Medium, and I am glad I went with the Medium. It has a "little" extra room to play with if I have on a bulky sweater, etc. but does not feel like it is swimming on me at all. It cinches at the waist, and I don't look like the Abominable Snowman in it! I am sure that Small would have felt way to tight, and I wouldn't have been able to stretch out my arms and felt uncomfortable while driving.In a nutshell, this is a GREAT jacket! I am glad I got it here on Amazon, since I didn't find anything close at any of the larger & pricey department stores that compare to the quality and the price! UPDATE: I've now had this jacket for a little over a week, and just got back from NYC and wore this jacket around the city while checking out the Christmas windows in 35 degree weather. I had been searching and comparing down parkas with fur hoods on Amazon, and also from outdoors outfitters, and was even considering a much more expensive version until I found this! I am very impressed and pleased with the quality of the coat! I was excited to see all the extra features, such as an internal zippered pocket, outer snap closure pockets, drawstring adjustable hood, hood can be removed by zipper, fur trim can be snapped off and removed, two way zipper front, & three snaps below the main zipper. The coat is very warm and the length of the sleeves is nice and long enough to slip your hands inside if needed. I love that the waist of the coat nips in and gives a very urban, stylish look. I also love that the version I chose (#1 navy) has channels for the down filling that form V's, to enhance the figure. Customer service was top notch too! I had to return the first coat I bought in a Medium because I read a review that it ran small, so i ordered one up from my usual size. I was able to ship back by UPS the next day and was immediately refunded by the seller once the UPS scanned the code to ship. I ordered a Small (in photo) and received is quickly. Packaging was even impressive, as it came packaged in a large ziplock plastic bag, then inclosed in a "cloth" zippered pouch with the brand name labeled on it. Fur and down has no strong smell either, which I worried about at first. GREAT find on Amazon! Sizing was perfect. I am tall and have long arms and the sleeves were a good fit for me. The fur collar was nice a fluffy and the hood was beautifully oversized just as I wanted. It also does not pull my head down which I find I. A lot of hooded coats because of my height.
