I'm so glad I found these. You might need help to put them exactly where you want them. Wipe skin w/ alcohol, vinegar, H202, whatever, then dry so the sticky part will hold. At an Acupressure Seminar, the instructor said that when you have a problem area, you can't miss it; it's like a baseball area.
