I really like this product. I just ordered my 2nd bottle. I’m a 49 year old woman. 5’2”, 145 lbs. I do hot yoga 5x/week and yin yoga 2x/week. I am active, eat healthy, and get enough rest. I suffer from foot, toe and calf cramps so bad they wake me up in the middle of the night and will not go away. My legs twist and contort into all sorts of painful positions and there’s nothing I can do except wait it out. That’s how it was before I started taking this pill every night.
