Back should be a little higher to fit foot in comfortably or no back at all, but half way seems to be confusing and does hold foot in securely, so constantly slipping out. However, once sitting down, nice and toasty. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfy and warm! *by C***S on 3 January 2016* They fit as expected and are cushy enough to wear all day. What more do you want from a slipper? How about a nice thick rubber outer sole so you can wear these outside if you need to step out quickly (or in my case, run a quick errand.) They won't fool anyone into thinking they are real shoes, but you might just want to keep them on all day. The microfiber does a good job of keeping my toes warm and comfortable. They slide on really easily but they don't come flying off from just walking around. The material stops being as resilient as it was when it was new after a few months, but they are still comfy. I think this happens with any "memory foam" material that is worn a lot, especially when it takes all your body weight (and I am on the heavy side). Still, for under 20 dollars, you can't beat the price for a nice, warm, cozy pair of slippers that should last a year or more. ### ⭐⭐ This slipper looks good when you get it *by S***R on 9 March 2016* This slipper looks good when you get it. Plush-at first. After having this for a couple of months, it gets pretty bad. Lint collects on the inside and you end up with a thin front near the toes and no cushion to speak of on the heel and sole of feet. I cannot imagine paying full price for these, and because of the seemingly favorable reviews by other people, I purchased this. THAT WAS A MISTAKE. Because the "fluff" or "cushion" is no longer there, my feet swims in this. I really hate feeling like there's always something in it - it is the collected lint, as you can see from the pictures.
