The bleach function is awesome and I haven't had to scrub out the toilet we installed it on in months even with hard water there isn't so much as a ring in the white bowl. Husband is happy, I'm happy and there is more time for more important things like baking cinnamon rolls and rubbing kitty tummies ;)*My husband is pretty handy even if he makes a huge mess doing it so I have no idea what kind of skill level is required to install it.
