No damage whatsoever. The color is absolutely pretty and looks good with my dark skin, but in all honesty this is the type color that will look good with any skintone. Although they are press ons, a trick to make them look like acrylic is to PUSH BACK your cuticles ladies! Place the nails sort of under your cuticle. They come with glue tabs but i used my Kiss nail glue.
