I got these for my husband to use during his weight lifting workouts. When I first handed them to him, although he has seen some other people use similar straps, he didn't know how to correctly use them. I wish the packaging had some instructions, but youtube was a quick fix. There were many different instructional videos about the benefit and use of lifting straps. These particular straps are made of very durable material. They have a cushioned area that is applied on the outer wrist. The inner strap is lined with high density silicone for a better grip. After my husband used these just one time, he couldn't believe how much better his workout went. He was able to lift with more ease and really focus on the target areas, rather than if he would lose his grip on the bar/dumbell. I received this product for review and inspection purposes and my honest and unbiased review. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Harbinger Straps with Better Grip *by S***E on Reviewed in the United States on July 17, 2015* I like these lifting straps for the grip they provide; however, I think they would be even nicer if the width was about 1" to 1-1/2" since the 2" width gives the feel of just too much material. I'm sure if your hands and wrists are really large then it may not matter to you.
