The floor still seems a little hard in my opinion but she does like it and sits in her floor to play more than she did when it was bare. I bought this originally to put under my futon since i have laminate wood floors- i figured the small amount of padding would help. It was folded tightly, so took some time for it to lay flat. I ordered the Natural brown, but it is not brown, it's a light beige, so be aware it is much lighter than shown. It is non slip for sure. Does not slide at all. Not sure if it will be easy to clean, especially how light the color actually is. It feels very soft, but kind of thin as far as padding goes. A baby would still bump their head pretty good if falling back, but seems great for older children play area. I would be happy with the purchase if the color had been darker as shown. Otherwise a nice rug. A bit expensive for what it is.
