Stop harassing me. I'm not taking my review down, and I'm changing it from a two star to a one star review because you won't stop emailing me.The touch screen does not work. I tried it right when I took it out of the package. Both my hand and the phone case were dry, it still didn't work. Sorry to break it to you, but you're going to get bad reviews, and you can't just expect people to take them down after constantly emailing them - that's just going to make things worse. ### ⭐ Too Big + Missing Key Harness *by L***7 on July 16, 2018* Beware if you put your keys in the large back pocket. I did and lost them while on a run. They must have fallen out without me noticing while I was getting a tissue from the back pocket. I ended up having to use a locksmith, which cost me $180. While I don't blame the maker of this armband for losing my keys, it would have been good if the back pocket had some sort of a hook or a harness for keys. Otherwise, if they are loose in the larger back pocket, there's nothing to prevent them from falling out if you open the pouch while making a short stop on a run. And if yours are thin and without extra keychains, they might be just light enough for you not to hear them falling and not notice they're gone later until it's too late.Also, if you have thin arms, the velcro band might be too long even at the shortest setting. ### ⭐ Do not purchase if you have a 7 Plus or newer. *by L***T on April 23, 2018* It is so hard to get the phone in and out of this case. Also, it is not compatible with an iPhone 7 Plus and newer.
