This is a maintenance treatment. If it stopped tinnitus completely after discontinuing use, then it would be a true cure. And there is no cure. But for me it's been reduced by over half, but the relief started into the third bottle. They say try 4 to determine total relief, so I'm hoping for further reduction. **Q: what are the ingredients?** A: Can't help you there, although I think the main ingredient might be arganine (maybe).
