Its electrostatic cleaning action ensures microscopic dust is lifted, enabling Rubio Monocoat oils to bond perfectly within 15 to 60 minutes of drying. Ideal for indoor wood finishing, it covers up to 1,000 ft² and is highly rated for ease of use and professional results. ## Description Product description Raw Wood Cleaner is a preparatory cleaner that thoroughly cleans the wood surface – after sanding and vacuuming – before treating it with a Rubio Monocoat finishing oil. Directions Sand according to the finish system, vacuum thoroughly, then dampen a cloth with Raw Wood Cleaner and wipe the surface clean, changing cloths as needed. Allow 15 to 60 minutes drying time before applying the next product. ## Features - May be fatal if swallowed and enters airways. - Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking. - Removes even the smallest dust particles. - Can also be used to clean the used materials after the oil application. - The revolutionary technology of Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus uses molecular reactions to ensure that the oil bonds with the wood fi bres within 15 seconds. If there is dust on the surface, the oil will bond with the dust. As a result, when spreading the oil with the white pad, a microscopic paste will form on the surface. - - The cloth should only be slightly damped with Rubio Monocoat Cleaner. In that way the dust will be collected electrostatically. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00H26SW7S | | ASIN | B00H26SW7S | | Best Sellers Rank | 304,487 in Grocery ( See Top 100 in Grocery ) 22,321 in Household Cleaners | | Brand Name | Rubio Monocoat | | Cleaning Agent Formulation | Hard Surface Cleaner | | Container Type | Bottle | | Contains Liquid Contents? | Yes | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 4.7 out of 5 stars (397) | | Customer reviews | 4.7 4.7 out of 5 stars (397) | | Guaranteed software updates until | unknown | | Is discontinued by manufacturer | No | | Item Form | Liquid | | Item Highlight | Preparatory cleaner that removes dust after sanding and vacuuming, prepping raw wood before finishing with Oil Plus 2C. | | Item Type Name | RWC | | Item Volume | 1 Litres | | Item Weight | 5 g | | Item model number | PTRWC/1L | | Manufacturer | Rubio Monocoat | | Manufacturer | Rubio Monocoat | | Material Features | Natural | | Model Number | PTRWC/1L | | Number of Items | 1 | | Part Number | PTRWC/1L | | Product Dimensions | 7.62 x 7.62 x 22.86 cm; 4.54 g | | Recommended Uses For Product | Indoor, Wood surface preparation before finishing | | Scent | Unscented | | Size | 33.81 g (Pack of 1) | | Special Features | Floor Cleaner | | Specific Uses For Product | Wood | | Surface Recommendation | Wood | | UPC | 852659822652 | | Unit Count | 1000.0 milliliter | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Rubio Monocoat - **Item form:** Liquid - **Item volume:** 1 Litres - **Material feature:** Natural - **Number of items:** 1 - **Scent:** Unscented - **Special feature:** Floor Cleaner - **Specific uses for product:** Wood - **Surface recommendation:** Wood - **Unit count:** 1000.0 milliliter ## Images ![Raw Wood Cleaner, 1 Liter - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71GyaTn7WKL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: I don't have the rm raw wood cleaner. is there a substitute i can use prior to my rm/plus 2c application?** A: I will just use mineral spirts in the future, this is very pricey and I saw no difference between them **Q: For those unhappy with your purchase, who was the seller you bought from? It seems recent orders had bad experiences, wonder if its a fake product?** A: No idea if there are fake products being sold. Bgreen purchases all of our products directly from Rubio Monocoat. We have had zero complaints from our customers regarding this product. **Q: whats the smallest amount of wood cleaner you can buy?** A: Go to their website and you'll find the answer there. Or, just use mineral spirits. Much cheaper. **Q: How long does this product need to dry before applying color?** A: It depends on how heavily you apply it and the type of wood you have. But when the wood looks dry it is ready for the color coat. ## Frequently Bought Together - Rubio Monocoat Raw Wood Cleaner, 1,000 ft² | Preparatory Cleaning for Wood Surfaces | Removes Dust After Sanding & Vacuuming | Use Before Finishing with Oil Plus 2C | 1 Liter - Rubio Monocoat Wood Oil Finish 175 ft² - Pure | Oil Plus 2C | Quick-Dry, Eco-Friendly Linseed Wood Oil for Indoor Use, Includes Accelerator (Part B) | Protector | 350 ml - Rubio Monocoat - Applicator Set --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.kw/products/183782269-raw-wood-cleaner-1-liter](https://www.desertcart.com.kw/products/183782269-raw-wood-cleaner-1-liter) --- *Product available on Desertcart Kuwait* *Store origin: KW* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
