What can I say? I make my homemade caramel macchiatos with my espresso machine with this. I make 2-4 shots of very strong coffee. (I go to a store here and get their strongest and grind it to it's finest setting). While it is brewing I put a shot of vanilla and a shot of caramel into my cup. I fill up the milk jug about halfway with cold milk. Once the coffee is done brewing I can switch the machine to steam and steam the milk. I keep the frother just below the surface of the milk. I like to turn the milk jug at an angle so I can see the milk really swirling around. Once it has frothed to the top, I pour it into my cup with the syrups in it and do a second half cup of milk. This time, once it heats up (You can feel it heating up quickly through the milk jug) I put the frother up and down a couple times to make it especially foamy and pour this on top of the milk already in my coffee cup. Then I simply pour in the 2-4 shots I already brewed of espresso and drizzle some caramel on top. DELICIOUS! Since I make an extra large cup, a larger milk jug would've been better for me, but since I like 1 full cup of steamed milk and a second cup of milk that is more frothed I really don't mind the size.
