It comes in 2 pieces the one piece with lace I was able to slip on by stepping into it then the lace part put over my head, however the 2nd piece is just 3 circles with a ring in the middle. There is no eye hooks, snaps, clasps etc to take it apart and put around you etc. I tried many different ways, looked at the pics etc was no way this could be figured out. It comes in a small little bag with no instructions. I did not receive tracking info so it still shows as not arrived so I can't even return it.
