Featuring a suede cleaner block, a specialized brush, and a color care formula that brightens dark brown tones while repelling dirt and water, this kit is crafted in Germany and France to ensure premium quality and lasting results. ## Description Unlike smooth leather, which can look great distressed and beat up, suede and nubuck leather just looks old and tired. Pedag's Suede, Sheepskin, Nubuck Leather, and Textile Care Kit contains the tools you need to keep your shoes, boots, clothes, and even furniture looking like new. On suede and sheepskin use the brass bristles on the Suede Brush to remove surface dirt. On Nubuck and Textiles use the rubber bristles on the Suede Brush. Nubuck and Textiles are durable but usually not as thick as suede. Next, use the side fan on the brush to remove dirt and debris from tight spots. Use the eraser to very gently remove superficial stains and marks (be especially gentle on Nubuck and Textiles). Brush away eraser residue. Shake the container of Suede Care Color Restorer, unscrew the top, and press the sponge applicator firmly against the shoe until the liquid contents start to flow. Evenly cover the surface and allow the liquid to dry for about 10 minutes. The Suede Care Color Restorer renews the color (neutral color will brighten and refresh all colors, but does not add color), while it also helps repel dust, dirt and water. Next use the soft rubber bristles of the Suede Brush to restore the luxurious nap that makes suede and nubuck so lovely. Experiment: brush the suede, sheepskin or nubuck with the grain for a smooth soft color or against the grain of the leather for a brighter color and a different look. I was planning to buy the genuine Ugg conditioner and I’m glAd I didn’t because this product worked perfectly. First, the Suede cleaning bar took off the salt residue and then I gave it a good brush. Originally I thought the color dye was a spray and I was pleasantly surprised when it wasn’t. It’s just a squeeze bottle with a foam top that you just pat on the fabric. The whole process took me 15 minutes. No smell. The Uggs look good as new! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works, but didn't take out deep stains *by A***G on January 24, 2014* I made the mistake of buying very light colored lilac suede shoes, so I bought this kit to help take care of them. The kit did a great job cleaning my brother's tan colored work boots, but not so well with my fancy suede shoes. The lilac shoes had some grey splotches on them from a puddle, but they only faded a little with repeated cleaning and brushing. The work boots looked like they just came out of a box when I finished cleaning them with this kit. I think that because my shoes were so light and damaged with water to begin with, the kit could not restore them.The brush was great for smoothing out suede. It is two sided and the stiff bristles did a great job making all the fibers uniform. The cleaning bar is rubbery, and worked so well getting stains and little discolorations out of the work boots. The color restorer could change the color on the fabric permanently, so they recommend spot testing. This can be tricky on a small article, so I skipped it for the shoes. I did use it for a large saddle bag, and it helped with softness.
