No question this is a great value for the price. There are five books here each covering the topic well. I'm giving it five stars for the value. It is a bit distracting that the end of each book with the same information repeating about other books by the author and I'm close to giving it a four star just for that. Kind of irritating. If you can get past that though it is a good value. I got it for the oils and soaps and the dieting is just kind of an extra, although it too could have been something else. Otherwise each book stands well on their own.
