A: No they’re capsules with powder inside.

A: its very good,  it help with my blood pressure and also my cramp legs

**Q: Front of bottle shows 250 mg but the supplement facts on back shows 20mg Mag. & 57mg Pot.; which is it?**
A: It has only 20 mg elemental magnesium per capsule, and 57 mg potassium.  This is extremely little. The RDA of magnesium is 400-420 mg/day for adult men & 310-320 mg/day for women. For potassium, recommendations vary, but healthy intake is on average about 3000 mg per day. Therefore, this particular supplement product is virtually useless.
