I sat all day and started to get hunchbacked and backpain. This corrector helped me straighten my back up. The good thing about it is that nobody had noticed it when I wore it under my shirt. This takes time to be able to adjust, and the Velcro straps and the support is bit tricky and takes a while to adjust and get proper fit. I am lean (small- medium)and I thought it was not for me but after trying to tighten couple more time and making sure there is no room for slipping, I was able to get a decent fit. Consistency is key for such products to practice daily. This already made me conscious of adjusting shoulders from drooping.
