The back wall and around a few obstacles I had to cut tile - it's only 4mm thick but like cutting through a hockey puck. You can't just score and snap these like drywall, you need to cut through them. I tried utility knife with drywall square (requires perfect alignment from cuts on both sides), angle grinder (just no), and had the best results with small tin snips. The right combination of sharp and leverage (helped to wear gloves). Water/salt will get under and it's not a quick task to take them apart. Maybe once a year pulling the floor out in big sheets to do a cleaning but seems like a lot of work.
