Review: This stuff actually works! - I drive a 19-year-old vehicle and have some nicks, scratches, scrapes and more recently, some oxidation on my hood and roof. Not terrible, but I've wanted to deal with it before it got really bad. I have tried different big-name rubbing compounds and polishers, with and without a polishing machine. I got so-so results and wiping off was hard work and there were always chucks of polish and dust left over. The directions here specify using a polishing machine but I did not - I just rubbed it on and kept rubbing. It's not hard to wipe off, unlike some others which are a huge pain. I was honestly surprised at the difference since I didn't put a ton of effort into my test. I did half my hood and there is a noticeable improvement. I walked around the truck and spot-tested a few scratched/scraped areas. Some of my scratches are fine and others are definitely through the clearcoat and paint. Some are more like chips. The appearance of many fine scratches/scrapes definitely improved, and the deeper ones are less noticeable - even the chips. With the size of the bottle I'll be set for the next 10 years - and I'm throwing out the other bottles and pastes I've purchased.
Review: This may be their best product and it is incredible. - I have three cars 1998 Honda, 2006 Honda and 2014 4Runner. I had previously used Accelerate as this had an advisor to use with a powered buffer. I finished with Extreme Top Coat a wax they make - Chemical Guys. Accelerate was pretty good, but the cars develops leopard like patterns on the roof and hood that came back in about 3 months. They cars and truck were much improved. I bought a buffer and said I am going to try this radical restorer. They don't say on the bottle to let it dry, but that is how I did it. Have your applicator damp - I used a nylon scruffy pad with scrubber on one side and sponge on the other, I applied with sponge and rubbed in it with the scrubber side gently- it flattened the surface without scratching any of the cars, I let it dry to a haze and at first took it off with a pad which took a while and the circular pad got clogged [5"] pretty fast. So I thought - let me try a microfiber towel. Way faster so I don't think they should limit this to people with machines. I had no trouble and it was far easier. It was spectacular. Use a small applicator so you can focus on making sure the compound contacts everything and if you see discoloration, if you rub the area is should start to unify in color, then I stopped and mover on. I did an entire side or roof or hood before it dried. Do not try this in the sun. The residue came off easy - use some form of towel fabric for some bite. The paint was again one nice deep blue, purple color or gray or blue depending on vehicle. I used Extreme Top Coat because it gives it a blinding shine and more protection. I find it shinier than the hydrophilic ceramic coatings even their pricey one. The Asian ones online are crap. Chemical guys have a million products and if I had a million dollars I probably would keep on experimenting. These two made my life easier and they are cheap for what they do. For all the vinyl and rubber inside and out - I use the towelettes by Cerokote. I will never use another product other than theirs. Easy, does not smell, turns everything instantly black and satin gloss and yes I used them 3-4 months ago and everything is just like I did it. Also, I am not saying to do this, but experimentnig, I tried it on some irritating scratches on the car and it made them disappear. They must wet the rubber or surface in some way. It did turn the paint a different color or go away when I wiped it off. I know at 2$ a towelette they seem like a rip off, but I was so tired of putting on weekly coats of garbage that never lasted.

**Q: It’s good for plastic ? Can I use it for plastic?**
A: If it's painted plastic it will work great.  If you're referring to the black plastic on a lot of cars/trucks, then no.

**Q: Does anyone know how this works on scuff marks from a fender bender?    Two white cars, and the marks are black.  Thanks!**
A: It will remove scuff marks as long as the paint has not been damaged.

A: Thank you for your inquiry regarding Rejuvenator One-Step Auto Paint Restoration. For best outcomes when using Rejuvenator, apply a 1” dab for a 2’ x 2’ section and spread with the pad. Buff at speed between 1400 - 2000 rpm. Work the buffer slowly from side to side and front to back until most of the product is gone and gloss appears. Rejuvenator will work for removing hard water spots that are stubborn to remove and have not damaged the paint. If the hard water spots damaged the finish, it would be best to use a standard compound to remove the spots.

I drive a 19-year-old vehicle and have some nicks, scratches, scrapes and more recently, some oxidation on my hood and roof. Not terrible, but I've wanted to deal with it before it got really bad. I have tried different big-name rubbing compounds and polishers, with and without a polishing machine. I got so-so results and wiping off was hard work and there were always chucks of polish and dust left over. The directions here specify using a polishing machine but I did not - I just rubbed it on and kept rubbing. It's not hard to wipe off, unlike some others which are a huge pain. I was honestly surprised at the difference since I didn't put a ton of effort into my test. I did half my hood and there is a noticeable improvement. Product was easy to use. Photo is of my 03 Durango and I bought it from the original owner and to my knowledge it has never been waxed. Paint was lightly oxidized and this stuff worked out really nicely..looks 100% better than before. I'm never one for the "magic in a bottle" type products but in this case it was just that. Brought back a nice shine and luster to 18 year old paint. I did apply wax after this process and it worked out nicely 😎
