It has lines on the side of the bottle to show how much you should use. I wash about 15 pairs of panties a week and a bottle lasts me a little over a month. How I use this: fill small basin with cold water and soap and then I let them soak for about half an hour before I scrub them and rinse them. The soap rinses easily and I haven’t had any issue with soap residue or irritation from the soap.
