My husband and I love this edamame as a healthy snack. I used to buy the individual bags at Dollar Tree, but they no longer carry them, so I was glad to find them on Amazon. Edamame is actually soy beans. Those may not sound good, but they are, especially when they are dry roasted and lightly dusted with sea salt. They are a crunchy snack, full of protein and fiber. Per the bag label, a one-quarter cup serving contains 140 calories, 7 g fat, 14 g of protein and 6 g of fiber. (This is slightly different from what currently appears on this web page.)
