Headaches, as in a hangover type the next day, runny or blocked nose like a cold, weaker bladder, have to use the bathroom every hour or so. Nausea and flushing if you don't stay hydrated, at least a glass of water every hour or two. It does last about 24 hours 48 with a push (subject to each individual), and you can feel the effect within 20-30min on empty stomach, or 60-90min with full.
