I had to move my image around to get it to accept it. **Q: When I upload my photo, it doesnt fill the whole box. Do I have to adjust placement to fill the whole box?** A: If the photo is vertical, it will still cover edge -to- edge on canvas. If horizontal,I belived it will cover the extent of photo pixtles, however the company are quite good in using colours to cover edge- to edge Canvas frame. Hope this helps.
