The picture says 28th Oct 2021, which is not really long enough.** A: Not sure about the picture but the box I got a few weeks ago has BB date of Feb 2023. Thank you.** A: Hi, thanks for the question We decaffeinate using a low temperature closed loop CO2 process which provides the best roast results. The caffeine in the green beans is removed by the CO2 in a freeze drying chamber under pressure and then the caffeine can be harvested from the CO2 (and used for other manufacturing that needs caffeine as an ingredient).
