Good value fiber capsules

Working a lot better than what I was using before. Also great value.

Does it's job and helps with bowel issues. I take 1 capsule twice daily. I'm on my 2nd bottle.

Help with digestion and aren't so big pill capsule to have to swallow

I assumed all psyllium husk pills were about the same. But then I ordered one that worked about as well as floor sweepings. So I tried this and it was great. I scheduled a two month subscription, but now I have one day of pills left and a week and a half before the new ones arrive. I can only assume I got less than the listed quantity. Six pills a day should be 66 days. And one of those months was February. Time to try a new brand I guess.
