It barely if any at all boosts my signal strength on my hotspot device. As for the magnet mount....WHAT MAGNET. I had to superglue this down to get it to stand up in winds over 20 MPH attached to a steel flat and clean surface. I can get around it not sticking but the ability to collect a better signal from an external antenna is just not there. I actually got a better signal not having these connected than i did with both connected. Connecting only 1 made a slight difference from connecting both but was still less than not having any connected. The only plus side to it was the quick shipping and even that took 4 days instead of 2. I have not contacted the seller about these issues to see if they will replace them but i intend to do so if i can figure out how. Next time ill spend a little more and get a better set up. ### ⭐ Do not waste your time ordering this antenna *by D***. on Reviewed in the United States on May 4, 2020* I purchased this antenna to use with a hot spot. The first thing I noticed was that the magnet was so weak it would not even stand up. It worked about the same if it was on a metal surface as it did on a wood surface. When i hooked it up to the hot spot the signal went from 3 bars down to two bars. It i not rocket science to build an antenna but this on fails on all points. I will be returning this and looking for a better solution.
