But know that I have, I am not being woken with pain. It's nice getting up in the morning and not being as stiff as I was in my right leg! I feel the price was right and love that it comes with an extra cover. That way if one is in the laundry I still have one to use! I received this item quickly and appreciate that! I have sciatica and osteoarthritis in both knees. Using the pillow gave me more sleep time, felt less pain. Not perfect solution, as by morning there is some discomfort. But I am better off over all for using it, and it might get better as I adjust to it longer. I love that it comes with a spare cover; many do not. And the pillow and cover are very comfortable.
