Super low current draw of 1 watt each. Optional protective clear LED covers are available. But the quality and care that was used ... *by N***. on Reviewed in the United States on March 27, 2017* Remarkably poorly assembled. They may be bright LED's and the housing may look good. But the quality and care that was used in the assembly and fit and finish is garbage. One of the lights arrived with the LED board completely falling out of the housing. The other one was loose. The "lens cover" isn't installed. They come loose in the package with a 1 page paper on installing them. The instructions say to go purchase one of several glue's and glue them on... REALLY!? what kind of crappy option is that!? I tried my best but the finish product looked terrible. Gobs of glue gushing out everyone and I got it all over the lens because it's fast flowing glue that gets everywhere. Now they look like hell and are still loose. Why wouldnt you make that an option when initially buying the lights?? Absolute garbage. I added them to my electric powered trike "Doran". when installing the white wire is ground, black is low (running light) and red is bright (turn signal) the milled aluminum housing was very nice but I ended up not using for my install.
