**Q: What is the product manufacture date?**
A: There is no date on the bottle and I threw away the box before I realized the perfume was not authentic Issey.

**Q: Dear seller, the product is genuine?It is sealed with paper seloyan as in freeshopp? Few ml contains? Thank you.**
A: all our products are 100% authentic, direct from the manufacturer.  They are all sealed in cello wrap directly from the mfg.

**Q: how does the refill bottle work or do you need to have a dispenser that is refillable to use it?**
A: Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for the inconvenience but this bottle isn't a refillable one.

**Q: What is return procedure? If any in this case.**

People have told me they purchased the fragrance, lotion etc after smelling on me. 

I’ll get bored & switch to something new, BUT ALWAYS GO BACK TO THIS. But only the ORIG. L’EAU D’ISSEY - I’m not sold on the newer versions. 

Fresh, clean, aquatic, with a subtle spicy kick that sets it apart from the traditional “fresh-citrus/floral”.
