**Q: Is this a white cream?  or a clear/yellow ointment (like neosporin)?**
A: It is a white thick cream. It does sometimes separate which can lead to a funnier yellow like liquid coming out. You just need to knead it a little to mix it back together.

**Q: Is this the new packaging?**
A: This packaging has been used for at least two years. Maybe, and that is a strong maaaaaybe, they have made very subtle changes. But none that I have seen, and I like to think I am alert to things like this. 
Buy with confidence if you are looking for diaper rash cream. As a barrier cream, this is the best there is. Two children and bait a single rash, ever. Thanks to Burt!

This is the ONLY diaper cream I’ll use on my son. He’s 2.5 and still in diapers, but hasn’t had a rash since he was a newborn.... all thanks to this! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great rash cream

Couldn’t be happier with this cream - it has proven itself through my daughter’s flare ups by treating the rash within a day and a half or so (depending on how bad the flare up is). It also helps prevent them, so long as it’s consistently applied at every diaper change. Sometimes substitute teachers at the daycare don’t put enough or forget altogether so it leads to some rashes. But the cream is extremely effective, I recommend this to all my mom friends who are using disposables.
