Review: Perfect way to make your parts storage easily accessible. - I have 2 of these and four for the smaller (13-3/8" Width x 2" Height x 9-1/4") scoop style cases. This product is designed for the Durham 18" Width x 3" Height x 12" Depth style scoop cases and make accessing everything kept within them easily accessible and organized. I use a label maker to label the ends of all my scoop boxes, and this device allows me to access them without having to unstack each one to get to another. Plus, it allows for the lids of the scoop boxes to be opened and the scoop box left on the rack self. There are holes in the top and bottom of these to allow them to be bolted together, and holes in the back to allow them to be bolted to the wall. This way they can be stacked up and secured to a wall or bolted to the top of a workbench. The paint is the same as the boxes and has the same quality and durability one can expect from Durham. Mine came shipped in a large cardboard box with thick cardboard completely surrounding the item within. Some have reported that theirs arrived damaged but the two I have received have been flawless. I feel while the price seems high, I don't think it is unreasonable. The quality of the slides is excellent. The design overall is well thought out and works perfectly for what it is designed for. I plan to order more and hope to one day have a whole wall of these things to organize all of my spare parts. If I had one complaint it would be that the top edge of the shelves could be rounded over, but that is not a deal breaker in my opinion. Excellent overall product.

**Q: Why does the description say with 5 large compartment boxes, if the boxes do not come with the unit?**
A: This description is provided by Amazon.  I'm not sure why they have that in their description. I will contact amazon regarding this description.  thank you for making us aware.  The rack does not come with compartment boxes.

**Q: Will items fall to through the back onto the next level when pulling our drawers?**
A: If you are adding compartment boxes to this rack -parts won't fall thru. If you use the rack without any trays -parts may fall thru

**Q: can you hang this from a wall?**
A: Yes you can hang it from a wall. It has four holes in the back that can be used for this purpose. The holes are 15 3/4" between centers. It's VERY important to note that you need to make sure that it is anchored very securely! I used construction lag screws with 1/8" thick X 1" wide strips of flat steel (attached vertically to the top and bottom holes) to hold a wider area. I also put in backer boards between the studs for more rigidity. These boxes hols a lot of weight, it's possible that you can make it too heavy to hang!

**Q: What is meant by  two pack three pack four pack and five pack ? two individual units, three individual units etc**
A: You would be getting 2 of the 5 drawer units. I ordered 1 of the 5 drawer units with different type of compartments. Holds an unbelievable amount of everything you can imagine. Just make sure the unit is bolted down.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect as a toolbox

I'm using it as a toolbox in my workshop - it's pretty great for that, because it's heavy duty, and I like being able to SEE what's in each drawer/tray without having to open the drawer. Also, I keep frequently used stuff near the front, so in many cases I don't even need to open the drawer/tray to grab what I need quickly. On the down side, the item arrived with the top sheet metal dented in shipment. It wasn't bad enough to cause me to return it, but this is something I really dislike about buying online - paying full price but getting what would have been marked down in a retail brick and mortar store, and having no recourse other than to waste resources shipping it back unnecessarily. Room for improvement from a customer experience standpoint.
