I have a larger cat as well, so I will be buying another one. One has taken to harness training and prefers this harness to the traditional one with straps. So great!Despite many attempts at getting our second cat comfortable with a harness, he just isn't taking to it. I thought this product may be more to his liking. Turns out he is able to get out of this harness (despite it being the correct size and a snug fit) by jumping around while wiggling and using his back feet to pull it over his head. It sounds complicated but he can accomplish this in less than 10 seconds.
