**Q: Does the container confirm that this Is this septic tank safe?**
A: The label states that its safe for grease traps, drains and pipes. As the manufacturer we can tell you that it is safe for septic tanks.Hope this helps!!

**Q: Does the get serious grease trap and drain cleaner eliminate drain flies and their larvae?**
A: To my knowledge there are no ingredients that would directly eliminate drain flies or their larvae. However, the drains in our cafe are being kept very clear by using “Get Serious” and we do not seem to be having a drain fly problem.

**Q: I can't find any directions for maintenance.  Does this mean you have to use it every day forever? We don't have a clog.  Just the horrible odor.**
A: You should use 4-6 oz as maintenance to prevent blockage and eliminate odors.

**Q: does this product address hair?**
A: No, it will not dissolve hair

It took a few days, but it kept us from having a plumber out. The sink drain was completely clogged. We could tell it was mostly grease. We try to be careful, but the plumbing is 50 years old. With being in & out of town and using paper plates, we were able to keep applying the product to the drain from sink and roof over several days. It cleared just before the plumber came. We are going to use it monthly now. Smelled good, too.
