I just HAD to have these whiskey glasses and they did NOT disappoint.The glasses are 11oz. and arrive in a very nice and sturdy decorative black box suitable for gift giving. Each is individually wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged very well for shipping. This may sound weird, but the glasses fit nicely in hand when holding them. (I notice odd things like that! lol) They're not the heaviest glasses in the world, however, they are NOT thin and flimsy by any means. They are crafted from BPA -free crystal, so the glass is perfectly clear and completely safe to drink from. Without a doubt, the 14K gold leaf foil design is what makes these glasses so incredibly unique and special. I have NO clue how the the 14K gold leaf foil is transferred to the glass but I can tell you it looks absolutely gorgeous! The detail of the foil design is so awesome and precise. I also like that they aren’t super fine like crystal, as really fine glassware is easy to break when hand washing. They feel sturdy and durable while still looking refined and elegant.These glasses are generously sized rocks glasses. I have the large ice cube trays and these are perfect for holding liquor and one giant ice cube. You can also make mixed drinks in them with easily enough room.What I really love is the gold skyline outline. The gold is super vibrant and bright. It’s metallic and reflective.
