I wear 38 jeans and shorts that generally are slightly snug.First ordered these in 38's and they felt like 34's. I reordered 40's and they were like 36's. I had to work them on.They are like a tube. My husband is is 6 feet tall and these short shorts go to the bottom of his knee.• Lightweight material.• No liner on the inside. (Although there is no liner, it is not sheer material.
