Now, to the caveats...I take a size 5 and that's what I ordered. I tried them on right out of the package and they were a little long as all size fives are. However, after one wash and dry they shrunk enough to fit me I have a 31 inch inseam. Also the loops for the tie straps or poorly sewn on and one ripped the first time I used them. I came home and stitched the loops better at the top with some black thread and fixed the problem. Having said that, these are an excellent, durable, fairly lightweight bottom that have reinforced knees and move very well when broken in. I would definitely buy more. I would be cautious of the size because they will shrink as others have said. But, it's like an old sneaker, once you break them in and get the kinks out of them they're a great low-cost pant. I bought 2 pairs for my kids who are in judo. I like them so much for fit & quality of the fabric that I bought a pair for myself to wear as lounge pants and when I do kids yoga with my kids. These wear like iron, and although they are white, they clean beautifully so there is never any staining.I gave them a 4-star rating because the leg seam on the pair that I bought for myself had become unstitched to about 3 inches. It was nothing that I could not handle with a needle and thread, but the QC for the company should have caught that before it was shipped. I'm a pretty big girl and my size 5 fit me perfectly, probably a bit loose. Just follow the weight and height scale and it should be fine.
