Quite generous fitting, I’m size 14-16 (nearer 14 I think) I got XL but I think L would have been fine. The pocket is a little small (ok for a car/house key, but too small for a phone. That’s the only downside, otherwise this would be 5 starsThe shorts part are a sort of mesh material, but not see through, I’m sure that will help to keep cool when exercising. They don’t ride up when walking around.
