See video attached. Contacted customer service to understand what was it about and no solution was given as of yet... very poor customer service and the scooter itself was ok until it wasn’t. Very disappointed with the waste of money! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good but don’t use on wet roads *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 December 2019* Over all good for the money. Don’t take out on wet roads however as mine had water seep inside and into some of the electronics which ruined the battery indicator.
