NO it is tiny and only just went over her head. Not as described so very disappointing. This medium should be small. Shame I didn't read other reviews first as other people have had similar problems - could have saved myself a trip to the PO.!!!! My friend has one of these for her Shih Tzu and thought it might be good for ours. Only a tenner, so we thought 'Why not?' Harness is very light, well padded in the chest area and took very little adjusting. Dog seems to far prefer this, even offering his head so we can slip it over, and lifting his legs so we can buckle it. Dog seems happy, therefore we're happy! What I received might have fitted a King Charles spaniel ,certainly not the dog illustrated. It would not go over the head of either of my small to medium sized dogs ,yet alone reach their shoulders. I stopped trying to fit it as I am not into strangling dogs. Total waste of money.Amozan asked for what I consider an exorbitant price to return the thing.[I wonder what I am paying Prime for].
