I have emphysema copd from 28yrs of smoking and I can even breath decent enough with this mask. One of the vents did lose the silicone and strip out after a week of daily wear but my son may be the culprit of that. We all know how hard kids can be on things. With the extra ventilation and filters though there's been no sign of even a common cold or even the usual seasonal indoor/outdoor allergies. My son did overheat a bit one day though for it getting too hot wearing it as hard as he was playing outside but otherwise no further issues or complaints I can think of right off. It fits adults best though if you're looking for one for a kid ya probably definitely wanna get one measured from nose bridge to chin tip at 4.33 cuz this 5.9 one is a bit big on smaller faces. Myson is 10 with a decent noggin being 4'10" and every bit of 100lbs and it's still a bit large on him. I pull the velcro as far as it will go though and it is at least snug enough to stay on well and be safely snug of a fit to keep germs and dust etc... out. Hope this helps. I'll probably be buying more for color variety and plenty of sets for myself and his dad but will probably find the smaller child sized ones for him from here on out. So yeah ultimately I recommend these for adults and unless you plan to wear them while going hard at work or the gym or whatever where they may get a bit hot on ya. Otherwise they're for sure better than the cheap toss aways or tight around the ears and face and hard to breath in ones esp if you have respiratory issues or plan to be doing really exhausting things wearing them. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Fine for the price. *by A***S on Reviewed in the United States on June 17, 2022* The vent part of this mask comes in two parts that sort-of screw together to lock the interior filter onto the mask. Both of these broke immediately. The screw tabs are miniscule and made of cheap plastic. I glued them together and the filter was flexible enough to stretch over the vent; meaning that the filter is still replaceable even though the vents no longer unscrew.Apart from that the mask works fine.I wanted one without ear straps so that I could take the mask on and off quickly without messing up my headphones. This mask works fine if you just ignore the ear straps (I'll probably cut them off).
