I trial tested it this weekend on a camping trip and LOVE it. I'm a 5'2" tall women currently weighing 200 lbs and was worried that the pack would be both too tall to carry and too small to wrap me -- but there is enough adjustment in the straps to allow a perfect fit. The only gear that I have left to purchase is my tent - but so far, I am able to pack all my gear, including my bear cannister with ease. There are plenty of pockets, but the one in the bottom front is difficult to access and use when the pack is full. I've already learned that this pocket will be used for the gear that I won't need regularly throughout the hike. If you are planning to use for outdoor adventures, I'm sure you'll find this pack meets your needs.
