It arrived with ALL of the parts, PLUS some extra strings. It's obviously not a set for an experienced player, but the guitar sounds good - nice and clear (no buzzing). It still works since I purchased it in June and has held up extremely well for belonging to such a young kid. The built-in tuner looks a little bit dorky, but it works just fine.
