A: No, the WhisperPhone is not only for the right ear. It can be comfortably worn and used on the left ear too.

**Q: How does this go on their head?**
A: The black part is worn on top of their head like a headband.  The round hole sits in front of the ear and the oval hole sits in front of the mouth.
