It's easily repositioned during a bathroom break. You do need to wear the right panty. During our Kenya missions, I would purchase reuseable pads to give to teen girls in Kenya so that they would stay in school, as many stay home during their periods because they do not have the means to purchase pads. In the back of my mind, I was grateful that I have the means to not have to use reuseable myself. But my sustainability, waste reduction, and zero plastic efforts now have legs and have taken off in a sprint. I can no longer rationalize the continued use of disposable. So thankful for these organic pads. These are like a thin panty liner I wear everyday. Every evening, the worn one gets soaked in a mixture of detergent and oxyclean overnight, hung to dry in the morning before I leave for work and nearly dry when I get home. Got the package of 3; just purchased the 5; that should do for me.8/27/18So I've had a month of daily wear of these pads and I don't think I will ever go back to disposable. I like how I generate so much less trash. And again, with the right underwear (i.e. brief with a wider crotch), they have pretty much stayed in place, even with my power walks. Again, a little adjustment with bathroom breaks is all that is required for me, personally. They are extremely soft and thin, to the point where you won't notice you are wearing them. They don't feel as thick/hot as some other pads I have tried, they seem very breathable. I use them as a pantyliner to back up my menstrual cup or for spotting, which they are perfect for. I can't speak to how much they can hold as I have not tested that aspect.I would like to point out that these clean VERY easily and are holding up well with standard care - I just throw them in the washer/dryer and they still look basically like new, no loose threads or seams falling apart after 5+ washes. (See photos attached)Originally I was not fond of the brown color as it I darker than I expected, so I might recommend you try the white. However, the other aspects of the pads have won me over so I don't mind the color now. I will definitely order these again, although these are holding up so well it seems I won't need to order for a long while. ### ⭐⭐ Soft cotton, but edge ribbing rubs *by J***T on Reviewed in the United States on May 17, 2018* This panty liner is made of a nice, soft cotton, but the ribbing along the outer edge causes friction and rubs. On the top surface of the pad, the outer edge ribbing sits above the main surface of the pad. This causes the ribbing to rub and makes wearing the pad very uncomfortable. When you sit down, it feels as if you're sitting on a small rope.If they were to improve the design of this panty liner so that the entire top surface (including the outer edges) was completely smooth and flat, this would be a much better product.
