Guaifenesin (expectorant) allows you to cough up phlegm when suffering from a chesty cough. Cetylpyridinium chloride is an antiseptic which fights against the cause of throat infections. How to take this medicine: Adults and children ages 12 years and over: Dose is 5-10ml 3 or 4 times daily. Rinse the measure cup after use.
