My box didn't have a flint rod at all. I thoroughly looked through the packaging and foam...nothing. I looked through the main Amazon box....nothing. There's a cutout for where the flint rod goes...nothing there. The emergency glass breaker does not screw in flush. No instructions included, which let's you depend on the Amazon product page, and common sense, for assembly.*EDIT 3 to 5 Stars* - Company made it right in the end. Sent an entire new setup with all pictured items. Even added a picture to the page due to feedback.
