When I first started hula hooping with a weighted hoop I would get bruises all over my sides, I bought one of these and to be honest I wasn't expecting much, I thought I would still have bruises and the hoop would still hurt bought I thought I would give it a go and I'm so glad I did! I no longer have any bruises and I can hula hoop for 45 minutes without a break and still be bruise free!The belt is well made and I haven't noticed any damage to it even though I hula hoop for 45 minutes a day.The belt pulls you all in aswell to keep you as tight as possible and this helps you to spin the hoop better. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant product! *by K***R on 24 November 2013* What can I say - After hearing how great hula hooping is for toning, I first bought the Davina hoop from Argos. It was too light to work and not very good at all. I then bought this and it's fab! Fits together easily, Is heavy enough to stay up for long amounts of time and after hoping for about 40 mins a day I noticed a difference in my waist quite quickly.The only issue I've had is bruising on my hip for the first week - but I think that's more to do with my hula hooping technique than the product! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product, slightly annoyed with the clipping system *by A***A on 26 September 2013* This has been a bit difficult to keep together, it seems fine now but it flew open a few times on the first couple of days. I was getting a bit frustrated with the product. It's a bit lighter than I expected but at least I'm not getting any kind of pain from using it.
